The SpaceBakery project is important for Flanders' FOOD's strategy. It is an example of a resilient and sustainable agrifood system and highlights how agriculture and food production can enable future generations to enjoy tasty food for a healthy lifestyle. Meet the Flanders' FOOD expert
Dr. ir. Timothy Lefeber is a researcher manager at Flanders’ FOOD. He is a bioengineer with a vast expertise in food fermentations. He obtained his PhD on the cocoa bean fermentation process in 2011. Since 2014 he facilitates the knowledge generation and dissemination of different kinds of R&D&I projects for the spearhead cluster Flanders’ FOOD.
